Mormonism vs. Daheshism: A Brief Comparison (Darrick Evenson)

Mormonism vs. Daheshism: A Brief Comparison

Mormonism
Daheshism

MORMONISM is based upon the visions and revelations of Joseph Smith Jr. (1806-1844), a men whom Mormons believe was a Prophet of God, and the most important human being who ever lived with the exception of Jesus Christ. In 1820, Joseph Smith, a boy of 14, asked God which of the Protestant sects were true. In a vision, the Father and Jesus appeared, and told Joseph that all the Christian churches were "corrupt". Later, in 1823, an angel named Moroni ("More-moe-nai") appeared to Joseph and told him that there were gold tablets were buried in a hill near the Smith farm; upon which was a record of an ancient Jewish people who had once lived in America, called the Nephites ("nee-fights").

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was founded by the Prophet Joseph Smith in 1830 in Palmyra, New York. It has about 13 million adherents worldwide, and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Church is nicknamed the Mormon Church and the LDS Church. In 1827 Joseph Smith finally recovered the gold plates and translated them--via the gift and power of God-- them into The Book of Mormon.

Mormonism teaches that the Christian church went into "a state of apostasy" after the death of the last apostle; the divine authority of God was lost, and uninspired men changed the ordinances and added many false doctrines-of-men.

The LDS Church is headed by a "President" who resides in Salt Lake City and presides over the Church. Mormons consider him to be "the Living Prophet"; the closest man to God on Earth, and the one man who "holds all the keys" pertaining to the Kingdom of God on Earth (i.e. the LDS Church). He is senior member of the First Presidency (governing body). Although the "Living Prophet" does not claim to be infallible, most True Believing Mormons believe that he is in fact infallible when he speaks in General Conference (the semi-annual Church general meeting). Althought sustained as a Prophet~Seer~Revelator twice a year, the "Living Prophet" does not actually prophesy, see (supernatural visions), or revelate ("Thus saith the LORD" Revelations). He performs no supernatural miracles other than annointing the sick, and if that sick person recovers, it is considered a miracle. The Living Prophet rarely annoints the sick, and such persons often do not recover.

The Church is organized into Areas, Stakes, Missions, Disticts, Wards, and Branches; presided over by presiding elders (called "Presidents") and bishops. All worthy males over the age of 12 belong to the Aaronic or Melchizedek priesthood. All women belong to the Relief Society.

To be a "faithful Latter-day Saint" Mormons must attend Sunday meetings, pay a 10% tithe, attend all meetings, keep the "Word of Wisdom" (no smoking, no drinking), attend the Temple often, and unquestionably obey local and general Church leaders.

The Church has hundreds of Temples in which sacred ordinances take place such as Baptisms for the Dead, Sealings (for the living and dead), and Endowments (for the living and dead). Mormons do not discuss these rites outside of the temples, but believe they "take out covenants" with God in the temple, and should they be faithful to these covenants, they will be Exalted (become Gods and Goddesses) in the Celestial Kingdom. To become a God or Goddess in Mormonism means to create one's own planet or planets, to rule that planet or planets, and to produce spirit-children for all eternity to inhabit those planets. Each God has one or more Goddess wives, and such a God will be the "Heavenly Father" to a new world or worlds in the same way as our Heavenly Father rules over us now.

DAHESHISM is not a "church" but a "Divine Mission" founded in 1942, in Beirut, Lebanon, by Doctor Dahesh (1912-1984), the miracle-working Prophet of Lebanon. Daheshists believe that Dr. Dahesh is number 20 of the "Four and Twenty Elders" mentioned in the Book of Revelations (Rev. 19:4). There are about 3,000 Daheshists worldwide; mostly in Lebanon.

Dr. Dahesh was born as Saleem Moosa Achi (Peaceful Prince of the Achi clan), the son of a Palestinian Christian woman, in Jerusalem in 1912. He was raised in Bethlehem, Palestine, and in Beirut, Lebanon. He was known from the age of 12 as a worker of supernatural miracles. At age 17 he accompanied a group of Assyrians (Iraqi Christians) to the pools of Solomon outside of Bethlehem. When the Assyrians saw him walking upon the water, they shouted "Dahesh! Dahesh!" (Assyrian: "Wonderful! Wonderful!"). After that time he became known as "Dahesh". In 1930 he received an honorary doctorate from the International Psychic Society in Paris. After that he became known as "Doctor Dahesh". In Assyrian, "Duktur Dahesh" means "Wonderful Counsellor" (see Isaiah 9:6).

Dr. Dahesh taught that belonging to a "church" is not necessary to lead a spiritual life. But Daheshists may attend churches if they so choose. He taught that the Atheist who does more good than the Christian or Muslim, will reap a greater reward in the Afterlife.

Daheshism has three grades of membership: Priests, Disciples, and Believers. Priests are the monks and nuns. Disciples are those who attend weekly "Congregations" on Monday evenings. Believers are those "who are spiritual but not religious" and do not attend any Daheshist meetings. All three types of Daheshist are acceptable in Daheshism.

The Chief Apostle of Dr. Dahesh is Dr. Ghazi Brax who resides in New York City and is President of the Daheshist Publishing Company. He is believed by Daheshists to be the reincarnation of the Apostle Paul; not a Prophet but a "Divine Guide" (one who has achieved Christ-consciousness). He is the author/compiler of The Book of Daheshism which is the main book of scripture for Daheshists. The book is considered to be as infallible as the Epistle of Paul. He can heal the sick via the Rämz ritual; the same as any Daheshist who is taught the ritual.

There will be a Dahesh Mission established in every country on Earth, presided over by an Apostle who is appointed by the Chief Apostle.

Daheshism has no temples of yet, but Dahesh Temples will be places of charity for orphans and widows, and also for physical and spiritual healing, and where Daheshists may partake of the Six Holy Rites: baptism, marriage, divorce, fasting, healing, and memorial.

Daheshists currently have only one "Mission House" in Beirut, Lebanon. Daheshists in North America may worship in UNITY churches if they so choose. Daheshists in Brazil may worship at Spiritist centers. When the numbers justify it, Daheshists will then have their own places of worship throughout the world.

Dr. Dahesh taught that we are judged solely according to our "works" in life, and that alone determines what planet we go to in next life. Only a few shall go to the Kingdom of Heaven after death. These decome Devas ("day-vahs"); inhabitants of the Heavenly worlds. Most of us will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven but reincarnate upon this planet, or a lower Hell world for our next incarnation. The more good deeds we do in this life, then the better the circumstances of our birth for our next incarnation on planet Earth.

BELIEFS

Only True Church: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true church/religion on the face of the entire Earth; on this side of the veil and the other side of the veil. Other churches/religions have truth, but all of God's authority is with the LDS Church.

God: The Book of Mormon teaches there is only One God (2 Nephi 31:21, Alma 11:27-39, etc.), but the LDS Church teaches there are trillions of Gods in the Cosmos. The "God" over our planet or solar system or galaxy or universe (Mormons are not sure which) is Elohim; who is an Exalted White Man. He once dwelt upon an Earth like this once, but, in obedience to the laws and ordinance of the Gospel upon his planet, he was exalted and became a God. He has one or more wives. He lives on or near a planet called Kolob ("co-lawb"), with one or more wives. He is the Father of our spirits; along with our Heavenly Mother. Under Brigham Young (President of the Church 1845-1877) the Church taught that Adam was the Father of our spirits, and of the spirit and body of Jesus, but the Church excommunicates anyone who teaches the Adam-God Doctrine today.

Jesus: Jehovah is the firstborn son of Elohim. He was born as Jesus. The firstborn Son of God in the spirit and Only Begotten in the flesh. The eldest son of Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother. Elohim begot Jesus with Mary (his spirit-dauther) in the same way mortal men beget mortal sons.

Virgin Birth: Mary was a virgin until Elohim stepped down from His throne and came to her and begot Jesus in the exact same way a father begets a son. Mary was a "virgin" in that she did not have sex with a moral man before Jesus was born. Jesus was begotten "in the same way that mortal fathers beget mortal sons".

Joseph Smith: The Prophet of the Restoration. The greatest human being who ever lived next to Jesus Christ. A Prophet of God.

Salvation: The Book of Mormon teaches that to be saved from "endless misery" one "must be born again" (Mosiah 27:25). But the Church does not teach that. The Church teaches that "Salvation" means to become a God or Goddess, and that to be "saved" one must be obedient to Mormon laws and ordinances and obedient to Mormon leaders from their baptism onwards. Salvation in its fullest sense is exaltation in the Celestial Kingdom. To be exalted one must be a faithful Latter-day Saints, keep the Word of Wisdom, pay a full Tithe, be endowed in the Temple, be morally worthy, and obey local and general Mormon leaders until one's death.

Prophets: There were prophets from Adam to John the Baptist, then the Apostles if Jesus were Prophets. No prophets after Jesus' apostles until Joseph Smith, and the Presidents of the LDS Church thereafter. All Apostles of the LDS Church are sustained as "Prophets/Seers/Revelators" even though they do not actually prophesy/see/revelate. No miracles are attributed to them; nor do they claim any.

Satan: Lucifer, the second-born son of God in the spirit. Offered a plan to save all mankind, but it was rejected. Rebelled, and was cast to earth without a physical body along with 1/3rd of the spirits who followed him. Seeks to inspire evil men such as Cain to oppose the Work of God. Will become a Son of Perdition at the end of the Millennium; will go to Outer Darkness and cry and gnash teeth forever.

Living Prophet: The "Living Prophet" is the current living President of the Church. He holds all the keys to the Kingdom of God on Earth (the LDS Church). He is the closest man to God on Earth, and in direct communication with Jesus Christ on a daily basis. He receives Divine Revelation; meaning he prayers in the Upper Room of the Salt Lake City Temple, then receives a "burning in the bosom" (a confirmation from the LORD) which means the LORD confirms the prior decision he has made.

Heaven: Heaven has three kingdoms: Celestial, Terrestrial, and Telestial. The Celestial Kingdom has three glories. Only faithful endowed Members of the Church who "endure" in faithfullness to the end will enter the highest glory of the Celestial Kingdom where they will become "gods" and create and rule their own planets and people said planets with their spirit-children for all eternity.

Hell: There is no Hell in comtemporary Mormon belief, other than "Outer Darkness" where the Devil, his followers, and the "Sons of Perdition" (apostate Mormons) will dwell forever in darkness crying and gnashing their teeth. The Book of Mormon teaches an "endless misery" (Alma 41:4) but Mormons today do not believe that. Many Mormons say "There is no Hell". The Book of Mormon teaches that the Devil inspires men to say "There is no Hell" (2 Nephi 28:22). Most Mormon men consider "Hell" to be Resurrected and to discover they will not be Exalted; that they will become eternal eunuch Angels with no wives at all, eternal a-sexual servants of the Exalted Gods. Most Mormon women consider "Hell" to be eternally separated from their children and other loved ones--a fate which Mormon leaders threaten any Mormon who is not unquestioningly obedient to Church leaders.

War in Heaven: Before the Earth was created there was a Heavenly Council, and Jesus proposed a Plan of Salvation. Lucifer proposed a different Plan. The Father accepted Jesus' plan, and Lucifer rebelled, and 1/3rd of all spirits supported Lucifer's plan, and 2/3rd supported Jesus' plan. There was a War in Heaven. Jesus, and his second-in-command Michael, defeated Lucifer and his hosts. As a reward, all spirits that followed Jesus came to earth as humans. All spirits that followed Lucifer came to Earth as demons. Mormonism used to teach that the "less valiant" in the War in Heaven were punished by being born as Negroes, but this "Less Valiant Doctrine" is no longer taught by the Church. Indeed, LDS Church Public Affairs has declared since 1996 that the Less Valiant Doctrine "was never a doctrine of the Church".

Miracles:: Mormons admit that miracles are possible, and that Mormon prophets and apostle can perform miracles, but can't think of any they have actually performed. Generally, if a sick Mormon is administered to by a Melchizedek priesthood-holder and that sick person recovers, it is considered a "miracle" and another sign that the LDS Church is true.

Cainites: Mormonism taught for 130 years (1848-1978) the "Curse of Cain Doctrine"; that those spirits who followed Jesus in the War in Heaven, but were "less valiant" than others, were punished by being born as Negroes. Cain was a white man who killed Abel, so God cursed him and Cain became the first Negro, and Cain married his sister and she became the second Negro, and they became the parents of the Negro race. For this reason, Negroes were banned from Mormon temples and the Mormon priesthood for 130 years (1848-1978). The Church no longer teaches the Curse of Cain Doctrine. The Curse of Cain Doctrine was called "a doctrine of the Church" in First Presidency letters (signed by all three Members) in 1947 and again in 1951. On June 8th, 1978, the Church ended its 130 year old "priesthood-ban" and allowed black people as full Members. Since 1996, LDS Church Public Affairs has told journalists and other that the Curse of Cain Doctrine was "folklore" and "never a doctrine of the Church".

Afterlife: At death we go to the Spirit-World to await the Resurrection of the Just (at the beginning of the Millennium) or the Resurrection of the Unjust (at the end of the Millennium). In the Spirit-World we will live with our loved ones, and Mormons will try to teach others the Restored Gospel (i.e. Joseph Smith Story). At the Resurrection of the Just, all faithful Latter-day Saints will get their bodies back, this time perfect and glorified, and will become "gods" and "goddesses" for all eternity; creating and peopling their own planets. All others will become a-sexual servants (angels) for all eternity who serve the Gods.

Priesthood: The authority of God on Earth. There are two orders of priesthood: Aaronic and Melchizedek. All Mormon males must hold the priesthood after the age of 12. Mormon males must hold the Melchizedek Priesthood and be "faithful" all their lives in order to be exalted. Mormon females cannot hold the priesthood, but share the benefits of it with their faithful Mormon husbands. Without the priesthood no man can see God and live; meaning no man can enter the presence of Heavenly Father and receive a crown of Eternal Life (i.e. exaltation--become a God).

Endowment: A sacred ceremony that takes place in Mormon Temples were faithful Mormons must participate in so they will learn 'signs and tokens' (secret handshakes, words, and gestures) in order to pass by Angels who stand as seninels, and reach the presence of Heavenly Father and be crowned with Eternal Life (Godhood).

Polygamy: A sinful practice unless it is conducted with the authority of God; meaning the President of the Church has to authorize and control it. It is not currently practiced by members of the LDS Church, but the practice will continue in the Millennium (1000 year reing of Christ on Earth) and in the eternities where most Exalted Mormon men will have more than one wife; because there are more women who will be exalted than men; necessitating plural marriage in the eternities---since there are no "single" Gods or Goddesses in the Celestial Kingdom.

Adam and Eve:: The first man and first woman on Earth--a white man and a white woman with Anglo-Saxon features. They came here from another planet, ate material food which caused the spirit in their veins to turn into blood, and they became mortal and could have mortal children.

Garden of Eden: The Earth itself was the Garden of Eden before the Fall, then the Earth changed from a Garden-like state to its current state. The location of where Adam and Eve were in the Garden (which covered the entire earth) was in what is now Jackson County, Missouri).

Origin of Mankind: All mankind are the descendants of Adam and Eve; the first human beings on earth. There are various races because of "racial degeneration"; some races have "de-generated" (because of sin) from the original White Race of Adam and Eve. Mormon prophets and apostle used to teach that Negroes were "the cursed children of Cain" and that Lamanites (American Indians) were cursed with a "skin of blackness" because of the sins of their fathers, but the LDS Church no longer teaches this because of "Public Relations" purposes. Mormonism had explanations for the White race, the black race, and the red race, but no explanation for the yellow races.

Sons of Perdition: Lucifer, his angels, and those who apostasize from the LDS Church and do not repent will become "Sons of Perdition" and go to "Outer Darkness" and cry and gnash their teeth for all eternity without hope of reprieve.

Homosexuality: A sinful practice that keeps one from being "worthy" and thus "faithful". Men and women who practice homosexuality will not be exalted, but will become eternal non-sexual eunuchs--serving the Gods for all eternity as ministering angels. The LDS Church used to pressure homosexual Mormons into heterosexual marriages. Then the Church had "aversion" therapy" where homosexual Mormons were hooked up to batteries and shown on a screen homosexual sexual situations and were hit painful volts of electricity, then showed scenes of heterosexual sexual sitations and the electricty was turned off (causing relief from pain). The Church no long forces gay men or lesbians into heterosexual marriages, and it no longer uses "aversion therapy" techniques on gay and lesbian Mormons. But the Church still views homosexuality as an "evil sin". Homosexuals Mormons are told they must become heterosexual and marry in the Temple in order to become Exalted (i.e. to become Gods or Goddesses in the afterlife--the goal of all faithful Mormons).

Abortion: A sinful practice that is a major sin, but can be repented of and forgiven. Women who have abortions before they are baptized into the Church are forgiven at baptism. Mormon girls who are raped or date-raped, or victims of incest, have not sinned, and abortion is permitted in these cicumstances if the girl prays and gets a "confirmation" by the Spirit that it is ok to kill the child. Mormon women who have abortions where there is no rape or incest involved are excommunicated but can later be rebaptized (usually after one year) and are forgiven with re-baptism.

The Book of Mormon: A book of scripture comparable to the Bible. A history of the Nephites, a Jewish people who lived on the American continent between 600 B.C. and 400 A.D.; about their wars, prophets, a visit by Jesus for three days about 33 A.D., and the final total destruction of the Nephites by the Lamanites about 415 A.D. A Nephite survivor (Moroni) deposited gold plates which contained The Book of Mormon in "Reformed Egyptian hieroglyphics" in a small hill near what is now Palmyra New York. In 1827, Joseph Smith retrived the gold plates, and via "the gift and power of God" translated them into the first English edition of The Book of Mormon.

Second Coming/Millennium: Jesus will return either to Jerusalem and/or to Jackson County Missouri once the Temple is built there, and He will rein from the Temple in Jackson County for 1000 years while Mormons, with the help of Lamanites, build the City of New Jerusalem in what is now Jackson County, Missouri, and dwell there in peace for 1000 years. Joseph Smith prophesied that Jesus would return when he (Joseph) was 85 years old "or about 1890" (Diary of Joseph Smith, April 6th, 1843). He also prophesied that a Temple would be built in Jackson County Missouri before the generation living in 1832 had all died. Both prophecies failed; just two of many failed prophecies by Joseph Smith.

Marriage in Heaven: Mormons believe they may be married for all eternity "if" they are faithful Members of the Church to the end of their mortal lives, and are "worthy" which means:
*they pay a full tithing (10%) and offerings
*attend all Church meetings faithfully
*keep the Word of Wisdom (health code)
*be Endowed and Sealed in a Mormon Temple
*be "morally clean" (i.e. no sex of any kind outside of heterosexual monogamous marriage)
*unquestioningly obey local and general Church leaders.
If all this is done, Mormons have a "hope" that they shall be exalted with the Gods; then shall have conjugal relations in the Celestial Kingdom of God with their wive(s) or husband, and spirit-children for all eternity. Since more women will be Exalted than men, most or all Gods have more than one Goddess wife in the Celestial Kingdom.

Reincarnation:Some early Mormons believed in "the Baby Resurrection"; that we resurrect as babies of new mothers (such as Mormon apostles Orson Hyde and Lorenzo Snow--the 5th President of the Church). But the Church today calls reincarnation "a doctrine of the Devil". Any Mormon who teaches it is excommunicated. The Church teaches that have only one mortal probation (lifetime on Earth) and that decides for us, for all eternity, if we shall become eternal Gods or eternal Angels. The Gods (faithful Mormon men and women who are "sealed" in Mormon Temples) will create and rule planets, and people them with their spirit-children, and the Angels (a-sexual beings) will serve the Gods, for all eternity.

BELIEFS

Only True Church: The Pure-in-Heart who exist in every religion and church on Earth, and some of them have no organized religion at all (i.e. those who are "spiritual but not religious").

God: God is Spirit; not "a" Spirit, but all Spirit. God exists outside of MEST (Matter-Energy-Space-Time) and inside of MEST. God outside of Mest is called the "Father". He is perfect and all-knowing. God inside of MEST is called the "Son" or "Spirit of God" or "Christ-Spirit". There is only ONE GOD. GOD is not a man nor an exalted man, but the Spirit of God (God in MEST) may dwell in a sinless man. We call that man a "Sinless Prophet".

Jesus: The First and the Last of the 24 Sinless Prophets. The Lord among the Sinless Prophets. "Jesus Christ" was a combination of "Jesus" (Sinless Prophet) and "Christ" (Spirit of God). Jesus and Christ are two different Beings. Jesus was a sinless human, and Christ was God-in-MEST. The Spirit entered Jesus at baptism, and exited Jesus on the Cross. This is why Jesus cried on the cross, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken [abandoned] me?"

Virgin Birth: Jesus was conceived miraculously by an act of the Holy Spirit. Mary had no intercourse whatsoever; not with man or any "Immortal Man". She was a literal virgin both before and after the conception of Jesus. All the 24 Sinless Prophets are born of immaculate conceptions.

Joseph Smith: Dr. Dahesh did not teach anything about Joseph Smith. But he was certainly NOT one of the 24 Sinless Prophets; since he sinned many times throughout his life. For example, by publicly condemning polygamy while at the same time secretly having many wives including his own foster-daughters, and mothers and their own daughters; which the Bible (Leviticus 20:14) calls "wickedness".

Salvation: Dr. Dahesh taught that "salvation" means to be "liberated" from the Wheel of Rebirth and be born into the Kingdom of Heaven (the Paradise planets). This is done via being "born again"; which means to "die in God". When we are truly born again our ego dies, and we become sinless. Our sexual desire dies, and we become "eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake" (Matt. 19:12). Those who continue to sin are NOT truly born again. Those who are Unsaved in this life will return to this planet, or to a lower Hell world, for additional lives. All of us will have at least 6,000 lifetimes upon planet Earth alone; unless we are reach the 7th Spiritual Level and become born again.

Prophets: Daheshism recognizes many Prophets in many different religions, such as Krishna, Buddha, Zoroaster, Muhammad, Baha'u'llah, and many others. Jesus of Nazareth was the first of the 24 Sinless Prophets sent here for our salvation. The Sinless Prophet of the 1st century was Jesus. The Sinless Prophet of the 20th century was Dr. Dahesh. There will be a Sinless Prophet for the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and finally, the 24th centuries. The Sinless Prophet of the 24th century will be Jesus again. He is the "first and the last" of the 24 Sinless Prophets.

Satan: Lucifer was an Angel high in authority in the Kingdom of Heaven, but he rebelled against God, along with a third of the hosts of heaven, and as punishment he and the 1/3rd were sent to the Hell-worlds (the material planets were the Sun burns the skin) as punishment. Lucifer were born as Cain, and many other evil men throughout human history.

Living Prophet: Daheshism does not recognize the President of the LDS Church as a "Living Prophet". The President of the LDS Church does not prophesy. He does not see supernatural visions. He does not receive 'Thus saith the LORD' Revelations. He is a "prophet" in name only. The Apostle of Dr. Dahesh, Dr. Ghazi Brax, is the reincarnation of the Apostle Paul. He is writing The Book of Daheshism to be a guidebook for Daheshists.

Heaven: The Paradise planets are the Kingdom of Heaven. They exist as the planets of the Galactic Core. We exist there as ethereal bodies that are not burned by the rays of the Suns. The inhabitants of the Kingdom of Heaven consists of Devas and Asuras; as described in Buddhist literature. The Devas live very long lives; with all the pleasures of an earth life, but none of the suffering or pain of an earth life. On the Deva worlds mind controls matter; so whatever can be imagined is created. Loved ones (including pets) can be re-created on those worlds. There are ruling Devas (called Brahmas), Minister Devas, and Servant Devas. The Asuras are non-humanoid creatures we might call "aliens" or "extra-terrestrials".

Hell: Hell are the material planets that exist in the Galactic Arms; where the Suns burn and wear-out our skins. There are higher Hell-worlds (like Earth) and lower Hell-worlds. Earth is a Hell-world; where the Sun burns our skin, and we get old, suffer disease and pain, and eventually die. There are lower Hell-worlds than Earth where humanoids are used like we use cattle or chickens or hogs. Those who shed innocent blood on this world will have to spend one or more lifetimes on the lower Hell worlds before being permitted further incarnations upon this planet.

War in Heaven: A third of the Hosts of Heaven rebelled against God, and as punishment were cast out. They were all combined into one being called ADAM, and cast down to Earth. ADAM had within himself all the spirits that rebelled. We are the spirits that rebelled, and were cast to Earth to suffer 6,000 lifetimes as punishment. If we are not born again, we must suffer 6,000 lifetimes on this Hell-world or a even lower Hell-worlds.

Miracles: Dr. Dahesh performed thousands of supernatural miracles such as turning water into wine, healing the sick, raising the dead, arising from the dead himself, turning inanimate objects animate, raising animals from the dead, causing things to appear and disappear into thin air, walking on water, prophesying of the future in detail with 100% accuracy, knowing the thoughts of others, speaking languages fluently without study, etc. Dr. Dahesh taught Daheshists how to perform healing miracles via the Rämz ritual; taught only to mature Daheshists.

Cainites: Cain married a pre-Adamite woman, and they became the parents of the QAYIN (Cainites), a wandering tribe of blacksmiths that still exist today in the Arabian penninsula. They are also known as the Bedouin. They are Arabs, speak Arabic, and have a "mark" (called a "sleb" which means "X" in Arabic) on their foreheads. If one QAYIN is killed, 7 QAYIN will avenge his death. The word "Cain" in English Bibles is simply a translation of the Hebrew and Arabic word QAYIN. The QAYIN still exist today, and they are white-skinned Arabs; not black Africans. Most of them live in or near al-Khalil (the Land of Nod).

Afterlife: When we die we go to the World of Spirits, and live with loved ones, until the time of our next incarnation; either on Earth, a lower Hell world, or for a few, a Paradise planet. Every will meet their loved ones again in the World of Spirits. One does not have to be "sealed" in a Mormon Temple to see their loved ones again. Those who commit suicide become Ghosts and must exist as disembodied spirits in our dimension until the time they would have died a natural death.

Priesthood: Daheshist priests are celebates (eunuchs) who minister to Believers (Daheshists who marry and hold jobs) and perform Daheshist rites. They seek to be born again in this life so that they may be liberated from the Wheel of Rebirth and spend their next incarnation on a Paraidse planet in the Kingdom of Heaven. They are "eunuchs" for the sake of the Kingdom of Heaven (Matt. 19:12). They are taught the Rämz ritual by which the Spirit of God may miraculously heal others through them.

Endowment: There are no secret rituals in Daheshism. Going to the Kingdom of Heaven and becoming a Deva ("day-vah") does not require learning any secret handshakes or secret words. Becoming a Deva is dependent upon reaching the 7th level of spirituality (Christ-consciousness). Very few people have or will reach that level from this planet. Those who do are called "Divine Guides".

Polygamy: There is no Daheshist law against polygamy or plural marriage. All Daheshists who engage in sex of any sort are not eunuchs, and only eunuchs may enter into the Kingdom of Heaven (i.e. the Paradise worlds). Only Daheshist Mu'stafah (Priests) are celebate. Daheshist Mo'men (Believers) are not celebate, and do not expect to be re-born into the Kingdom of Heaven, but expect to lead good lives and thus have a good reincarnation upon this planet.

Adam and Eve: These were two literal beings who were born of a pre-Adamite woman about 12,500 years ago, in a place called Salalah; east of A-den, on the Arabian penninsula. Adam and Eve had red hair; hense the name "Aw-Dawn" (Hebrew: "to appear red"). They were paternal twins born of a pre-Adamite woman. They were orphans, and lived among a tribe of pre-Adamites. Eve was seduced by a Nawqawsh (Hebrew: "one who hisses"-a shaman) then she seduced Adam. They were "cast out" because they partook of "forbidden fruit" (i.e. had forbidden sex).

Garden of Eden: Salalah is the only place on Earth that is perpectually green because of "mist" not rain (Gen. 2:6). It is located in southern Oman, and is enclosed on three sides by the Dophar mountains, and one side by the ocean. It still exists just as it did 12,500 years ago when Adam and Eve lived there.

Origin of Mankind: Dr. Dahesh taught that that earth had hundreds of civilizations before Adam and Eve, but these were destroyed and their great empires and cities have long ago turned to dust. Mankind evolved from lower forms of life. The pre-Adamites had souls, but not "spirits" as the Adamites have. The races are different colors NOT because of divine curses, but because of the ultra-violate rays of the Sun. Darkness in skin is melanin, and it protects the skin from harsh ultraviolet rays of the Sun. Red skin is a combination of a black and yellow skin. Brown skin is a combination of black and white skin. Races born in northern Europe are white because their skin needed little or no protection from ultraviolet rays.

Sons of Perdition: The term "son of perdition" (ben i belial) is a Hebrew term which simply means "useless fellow". There is no unending Hell-fire in Daheshism, and no place where people cry and gnash their teeth in darkness for all eternity. The truly evil people go to the lower hell-worlds and spend one or perhaps millions of lifetimes until they are finally released back to the Kingdom of Heaven. All are saved---not one is lost eternally speaking.

Homosexuality: There is no law against homosexuality in Daheshism. There are 7 levels of sexual being:
1. Celebate (Eunuch/A-sexual)
2. Tantric (holding seed within)
3. Hetero
4. Bi
5. Homo
6. Pedo
7. Demoniac (sadism, sex with animals, rape, incest, necrophilia)
The higher one's "sayyals" (spiritual fluids) in one's pre-life (past life) determines what kind of sexual being we born in our current life. Sex in all forms is karmic; meaning it binds our souls to the material planets (Wheel of Rebirth). Only those who are "eunuchs for the Kingdom of God" (Matt. 19:12) will go to the Paradise planets after the Interlife in the Spirit-World. All others (including homosexuals) will return to this planet or to a lower Hell-world (if they shed innocent blood). Those who "harm" others (cause other sentient beings pain) are being "karmic" (sinful) and will reap in a future life exactly what they have sown in this life.

Abortion: A very "karmic" (sinful) activity. Those who abort a fetus after quickening (the fourth month) are guilty of shedding innnocent blood, and will go to a lower Hell-world for a lifetime for each incident. Those who abort a fetus before the time of quickening are "karmic" but they are not guilty of shedding innocent blood; since the soul does not enter the fetus until the time of quickening (about day 120). The fetus after the time of quickening is a sentient being, and which the Dharma (Universal Law) sees no differently from a newborn child.

The Book of Mormon: Dr. Dahesh never mentioned the Book of Mormon. It is up to every Daheshist to investigate it for themselves if they so choose. The "guidebook" for all Daheshists is The Book of Daheshism that includes the 5 books of Revelation revealed by Dr. Dahesh:
*The Gospel of Love
*Paradise
*The Inferno
*My Testament
*The Book of the Divine Guide
Daheshists also recognize the Bible and the Qu'ran and the Buddhist scriptures as inspired of God, in varying degrees. But we see only The Book of Daheshism as an infallible guide.

Second Coming/Millennium: The 24th Sinless Prophet will be Jesus returned. Jesus will "rule" the Earth for 1000 years not personally, but via "Guides". The Spirit of Jesus will "overshadow" these Guides and communicate to mankind. He will return and establish the Kingdom of God on Earth, and the Divine Guides will communicate to mankind via His instructions. This will take place sometime in the 24th century (2500s A.D.); the day and hour we know not. Some Daheshists feel that UNITY is the "Kingdom of God on Earth" in "mustard seed" form, but that is not official Daheshist doctrine.

Marriage in Heaven: Daheshism sees "Heaven" as the Paradise-planets which exist in "The Kingdom of Heaven" which is the Galactic Core; otherwise known as the Deva-worlds. On the higher Deva-worlds there is only mind, and mind creates anything that can be imagined. The lower Deva-worlds are very similar to Earth life, but without pain, suffering, or death as we know it. On the lower Deva-worlds the "genders" still exists and there are relations similar to what we have on Earth. But the Deva-worlds are not eternal. Only Nirvana is eternal. "Going to heaven" is not dependent upon any magical formula such as saying "The Sinner's Prayer" or any rite or ritual such as those offered in Mormon Temples. Going to heaven is based solely upon reaching the 7th level of Spirituality, being "born again"; which means to achieve Christ-consciousness and become sinless. All others shall be reincarnated to this planet or a lower Hell-world, and sex (in some form) exists on all these worlds, but not in the Spirit-World between incarnations.

Reincarnation: Daheshism sees reincarnation as a fact of reality. We are angels that rebelled against God, and are being punished. We must spend at least 6,000 lifetimes on Earth or a lower Hell-planet until we are released from the Wheel of Rebirth. The only way to "escape" before then, it to be born again; which means to become a eunuch and reach the 7th level of spirituality; to become sexless and sinless. Very few human beings have reached this level. In Daheshism those who are born again but who are not "Prophets" are called "Divine Guides".
Eventually, all spirits will return to the Kingdom of Heaven and reach a state called "Nirvana"; to become ONE with God. What Nirvana is like we cannot currently imagine, but we are told it is like a drop of rain returning to the ocean, and where we experience eternal bliss.
